Terms And Conditions

• Passenger and equipment details are to be confirmed prior to the day of flight to ensure compliance with weight and balance limitations. If passenger or freight weight presents to be outside of these limitations, Atherton Creek Air Charters reserves the right to refuse loading as required.
• All flights are subject to weather conditions and are at the pilot’s discretion. If the forecasted weather is detrimental to the success of the flight, Atherton Creek Air Charters will advise the customer ahead of time. On the day of the flight, should the customer choose to continue with the flight, and we are unable to fulfil the quoted route due to weather, the customer will be charged for the occurred flight cost.
• Passengers are to be at the airport ready for the flight 15 minutes before agreed departure time. This allows adequate time for loading and safety briefing.
• On day cancellation or no show will incur a cancellation charge.
